As per a global survey, there are 23 CR programs in India serving average 200 patients/ year/ program (total~5k), while there were 3.3 million incident cases of IHD in India in 2016. Globally, 92 countries do not have a single CR program
Company overview
Semper centrum is an initiative to provide home-based virtual cardiac rehabilitation to cardiac patients, with a high risk of CVD or who underwent angioplasty or other interventions for acute MI. Our model is data-driven and innovative, which will provide support to healthcare providers in customizing cardiac rehab programs as per the requirement of their patients. The data-driven insights will help HCPs as a clinical decision support system (CDSS) and also generate clinical and marketing insights for other stakeholders such as pharma, device, insurance companies and government.
